Lamar Odom 'had cocaine in his system .

Witnesses at the Las Vegas hospital where Lamar Odom is fighting for his life have claimed the star had cocaine in his system when he was admitted.

The former NBA player, who was married to Khloe Kardashian, was rushed to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas on Tuesday after reportedly being found unconscious in a brothel.
Witnesses at the hospital have told US gossip site TMZ that doctors have determined the former athlete had cocaine in his system.
They claim doctors have told those close to Lamar that fluid found in his lungs was the result of crack cocaine use.

 

Lamar has previously struggled with substance abuse and his ex wife Khloe talked about fearing he would "spiral" in the family reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Previous reports claimed Lamar had been taking a herbal substitute for viagra before he fell unconscious at a brothel in Las Vegas, but there was no suggestion of illegal drugs playing a part in the incident.
Earlier today Kris Jenner looked sombre as she left the hospital dressed a black skirt and oversized jacket.
A pair of large sunglasses obscured her eyes despite the dark light and she appeared to be talking on the phone.

Kris has been by Lamar's side with her daughter Khloe and Kendall Jenner has also tweeted to say "please don't go".
In a statement to Us Weekly, Lamar's rep and friend Eve Sarkisyan said: "Family and friends are extremely concerned for Lamar. Please don't listen to the false information being circulated unofficially.
"Please respect the family's privacy during this difficult time."
